Thursday, 5 June 2025

JAKARTA. - In celebration of Eid al-Adha 1446 H, MNC Peduli, in collaboration with business units and 66 partner organizations within the MNC Group, distributed 78 Qurbani animals to communities in need across various regions.

The ceremonial handover took place at the iNews Tower in Central Jakarta on Thursday, June 5, and was led by Angela Tanoesoedibjo, Chairperson of MNC Peduli, along with several donor representatives. The initiative was part of MNC Peduli’s long-standing commitment to facilitating humanitarian and social aid through transparent, accountable collaboration.

“We hope this contribution brings blessings to all parties involved and makes a meaningful difference for those who receive it,” Angela said after the ceremony.

Founded 21 years ago, MNC Peduli has grown into a credible platform for social collaboration. From its early beginnings through the Jalinan Kasih program on RCTI, the foundation has consistently mobilized support for religious, health, educational, and economic empowerment initiatives. The Qurbani program is one of many ways MNC Peduli channels public generosity to targeted beneficiaries.

Qurbani meat will be distributed to several mosques and local communities, including Masjid Raudhatul Jannah and Masjid Bimantara, ensuring that the spirit of Eid reaches those in underserved areas.

Angela expressed her hopes that acts of giving like these will not only bring immediate benefit but also lead to sustainable, long-term impact. “When we do this together, the results are not just impactful they last,” she added.

The program reflects MNC Peduli’s belief in collective responsibility and Indonesia’s deeply rooted culture of gotong royong, or mutual cooperation.
